Our Dance classes give children a joyful introduction to movement, rhythm, and self-expression in a fun, encouraging environment. Dancers build coordination, balance, and confidence while learning age-appropriate routines through music and play. With experienced instructors and small class sizes, every child is supported as they grow their skills and discover the joy of dance.
Megan Allen grew up dancing a UDA and was on the high school dance team. Today she dances at Weber State University and she shares the passion of dance by teaching toddlers to adults. She judges drill competitions and performs with WSU.

Hi! I am Addy. I grew up running cross country, tumbling, and taking fitness classes. I love to move my body and wants others to feel good as they move theirs!

Flip Fit is an energetic class that blends basic tumbling, strength, and flexibility into a confidence-building fitness experience for kids. Children work on balance, coordination, and body awareness through safe, structured movement and playful challenges. Designed for all skill levels, Flip Fit helps kids build strong bodies, healthy habits, and a love for staying active.
