You'll essential techniques, from basic stitches to more advanced sewing projects, in a friendly and supportive environment. Join us to unleash your creativity and make beautiful garments and crafts!
Beginning Sewing
Supply List

Sewing Machine, material, thread, ribbon, and sewing kit will be needed for class.
Our beginning sewing class each student will learn the basics of sewing in a fun supportive and hands-on environment. We will cover sewing safety, how to thread and use a sewing machine and basic fabric skills. Students will complete easy beginner projects they can proudly take home. Supplies needed for Class Sewing Machine, material, thread, ribbon, and sewing kit.

Day 1- Get to know your machine
Day 2-Coaster Quarter Square, matching thread
Day 3- Pillow Case 1 yd of fabric, matching thread
Day 4- Triangle Banner- Quarter Yd and 2 yds of ribbon T
Day 5- Bookmark/corner - Quarter Square, ribbon, matching thread
Day 6- Book sleeve- 1 yd of fabric, 1/2 yd of batting, matching thread
Day 7- Tote Bag: 2 yd of fabric matching thread
Day 8- Finish up

Intermediate Sewing
Supply List
Sewing Machine, material, thread, ribbon, and sewing kit will be needed for class.
Day 1- PJ Pants- 2 yards of Fabric, 1-2 yards of elastic, thread
Day 3-5- Quilted Zipper Pouches 2 Quarter Yards of different fabrics, Zipper, Thread
Day 5-7 -Stitched Key Ring
Extra scraps from fabric used previously, Key Ring, Thread
June 26th- Finish up- Possible button hole work if time
