Keep the learning going with our fun, hands-on STEM sessions! Offered before or after school, these classes let kids explore science, technology, engineering, and math through exciting experiments and creative challenges. Students learn to problem-solve, think critically, and work as a team — skills that build confidence and curiosity both in and out of the classroom. STEM at The Patch turns everyday wonder into real-world learning!
Workshop Before/After School Class
🧰 Workshop 3/4yr old's
Our Workshop class is designed to spark curiosity and confidence through hands-on experiences and teamwork! Children learn by doing — building, exploring, and creating together in ways that strengthen problem-solving, communication, and fine motor skills. For our 3- and 4-year-olds, these activities help develop independence while encouraging cooperation and creativity. Each workshop blends learning with fun, giving little learners the chance to discover how capable they truly are — one project at a time!/
Monthly Cooking Units
🍎 Cooking at The Patch
Our Cooking Units turn the kitchen into a classroom! Children explore measurement, science, and creativity as they mix, stir, and taste their way through fun, themed recipes. Each unit focuses on hands-on learning — from healthy snacks to seasonal favorites — while teaching important life skills like following directions, teamwork, and independence. Cooking helps our little learners build confidence and curiosity, one delicious recipe at a time!

🪶 Discovery Class (Ages 2½–3)
Our Discovery Class is the perfect place for little learners to explore the world around them! Designed for curious toddlers, this class focuses on sensory play, early learning, and social development in a fun, nurturing environment. Through hands-on activities, music, movement, and simple projects, children build confidence, independence, and communication skills. Each day is filled with discovery, laughter, and learning — helping our youngest Patch kids grow through curiosity and play!
3/4 Yr Classes
At The Patch, our preschool classes are specially designed to match every stage of early childhood development — and they’re sure to be a blast! Each class offers hands-on learning, creative play, and activities tailored to your child’s age and abilities. From building fine motor skills to sparking imagination and social growth, our programs make learning exciting and meaningful. With caring teachers and engaging lessons, kids can’t wait to come learn, play, and grow with us every day!
🎓 Pre-K Class (Ages 4–5)
Our 4/5 class is designed to give children the perfect head start for kindergarten! Through hands-on learning, structured routines, and engaging lessons, students build the confidence and skills they need for a smooth transition into elementary school. We offer multiple sets of curriculum to reach every learning style — from visual and tactile learners to those who thrive through movement and play. Our early reading program helps children recognize letters, sounds, and sight words, setting the foundation for strong literacy skills. At The Patch, every child is supported, challenged, and celebrated as they grow into ready-to-learn kindergartners!
